Introduction
Data collected by different survey teams are listed below, accompanied where available with a statement of the project’s purpose. The point of this page is not to represent what information has been collected in the Eastern Desert, but to consider what might form the basis for future surveys. I have therefore hunted around for rock art survey criteria from projects world wide with a view to comparing what sort of data could be collected.
